Hate to queue? We do too...
Due to the extreme popularity of Proud particularly at the
weekends, the queue will grow significantly in length around
8.30pm. We strongly advise you aim to arrive between the hours of
7:00-8:15pm, in order to avoid finding yourself stuck at the back
of the queue and missing the privilege of free entrance!
Please ensure that yourself and your guests arrive within time
to reach the door before 9.00pm, in order to gain free entry.
Entry after 9pm if you are on the guest list is priced at
£8.
The guest list CLOSES at 10pm, so after this time entry charge
is £10.
Your group of guests should consist of 50/50 males and females
to ensure a nice even crowd in the club throughout the night. All
male groups or groups with a higher amount of men may not be
granted entry.
Expect a compliment, we will ask for ID
Please be sure that all members of your party have a valid form of
ID ready on arrival at Proud. Security will require the real deal,
aka a passport or driving license. Passport photocopies or student
cards just won't hack it.
Beauty's on the inside, but why not look good
too?
There is no strict dress code for Proud Camden, but we do ask that
you 'Dress to impress'. As in any nightclub, effort is always
appreciated. Feel free to wear your trainers as long as they aren't
falling apart... we don't want to see your feet sticking out the
end of them!
Ohhh BEHAVE!
Proud is a warm, friendly and well-mannered venue so please
respect our ethos. Any guests who are seen to violate our
behavioural guidelines, will be removed from the club at the
manager's discretion. All male groups will not be granted access
into the club and anyone who behaves in a controversial or
aggressive manner will be removed from the premises. The same
policy likewise applies to anyone who appears inappropriately
drunk.
Stable bookings
At Proud we do our very best to serve your every need, if on
arrival you don't want the stress of organizing drinks for your
stable then we are more than happy to organize this for you in
advance. Just give us a call a few days prior to your booking, let
us know what you fancy, and we'll have it all laid out for you on
arrival.
Please note that we do not allow birthday cakes
or helium balloons in the stables under any circumstance. Everyone
likes a cake, but no one likes the inevitable mess.
As you might have guessed, our stables are super popular and
space is at a premium. In order to secure your stable you must have
AT LEAST 30 PEOPLE IN YOUR STABLE BY 9PM. If 30 of your guests are
not in the stable by this time, we will open up your stable to the
public. Similarly, if your stable has the appearance of looking
consistently empty throughout the evening, your steward may suggest
to management that the space is opened up to the public.
If you have booked yourself into Secretariat our karaoke stable,
we will ask you put your card details down as a deposit for the
microphone. If the microphones are broken or go missing, we will
charge £100 to your card to cover the replacement fee.
Coming and going? NO CHANCE.
Due to how busy Proud grows throughout the evening, we have a
strict policy of no re-entry into the club once you have left.
Please note that there is no cash machine inside the venue and we
do not accept cards for door payment. For this reason, be sure to
take cash out before you arrive! Inside the club we do accept cards
at the bar, with a minimum spend of £10.
Fancy some club grub?!
If you're visiting Proud, why not join us for dinner beforehand?
Drink, dine and dance the night away all under one roof. Our newly
launched Proud Kitchen would be more than happy to accommodate you!
For dinner bookings of 8 persons or over, we offer you the
opportunity to keep your table for the entire evening- an ideal
option for birthday bookings. Just give us a call to find out more
about our current offers.
Personal Belongings
Due to recent changes in fire and health & safety regulations,
ALL coats and bags not on your person must be checked in to the
cloakroom. Coats and bags cannot be left lying around on tables, or
on the club floor. This rule has been enforced by our security, bar
backs and bar managers to ensure the safety of your belongings. If
you have booked a stable, your steward will do their very best to
monitor the security of your area. We do however strongly advise
that even if you have hired a stable, personal items are stored
away in the cloakroom. Proud cannot accept any responsibility for
belongings which go missing if left in the stables. If you have any
further questions or would like more information, please email our
sales and reservations manager at stablehire@proud.co.uk.
